- Verification of recent work references
Health & Safety
- Satisfactory TB test results as applicable
- Current BLS/CPR certification for nurses
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
- Required immunizations per client needs
Experience & Training
- Minimum 6 months experience for NARs, 1 year for nurses
- Recent performance evaluations
- Annual regulatory training (HIPAA, OSHA, Dementia)
- Completion of required competency assessments
